PayPal:  just log in to your own account at PayPal.com , click on Send Money, 

To:  manager @ sailparrysound.on.ca  (remove extra spaces)  

fill in the AMOUNT in Canadian Dollars, and note that it is for Services.                    

Confirmation will be sent to you and to Sail Parry Sound, from PayPal.
